Marketing Your Future Scholarships 2024 – Closed Round
Applications for 2024 scholarships closed on 25 February 2024.
All applicants will be advised on the outcome of their scholarships by 15 March 2024.
The Global Academy of Leadership and Entrepreneurship supports Hepburn’s Scholarships for Women initiative by partnering with us. Hepburn is offering Learn to Lead scholarships to GALE’s Diploma of Leadership and Management:
- Ten (10) x 50% scholarships
to the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management to women wishing to progress their leadership and management skills.
Program Overview
A Diploma of Leadership and Management is a highly regarded qualification for early and mid stage professionals wanting to progress their career and develop their leadership skills. A Diploma can advance your career, expand your professional network, increase your earning capacity, and provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to lead others.
GALE’s Diploma of Leadership and Management will provide you with practical skills and knowledge that will allow you to excel in the ever-evolving professional environment, and to become a successful leader.
Upon completion, successful graduates are able to:
- apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management
- display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their workload
- use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet business and team requirements
- apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems using information from a variety of sources
Program Dates
This opportunity is for either full-time or part-time study online commencing at any time in 2024. Awardees cannot defer the scholarship beyond 30 June 2024 and must coomplete the diploma within three years from the enrolment data.
Study Mode
Successful applicants will study this diploma online and face-to-face via zoom.
Scholarship Inclusions
There are five (5) x 50% scholarships for women available to Australian citzens, permanent residents and temporary visa holders. Each Learn to Lead scholarship is valued at $6,000 and successful applications will be required to pay the balance of the course fees, being $6,000 on an instalment plan (Administration, processing, and re-assessment if required fees are not included.)
Successful applicants (or their employer) will be required to cover any additional incidental costs such as books, travel or accommodation if necessary.

Who Should Apply
Women who are early stage and mid stage professionals, managers and emerging leaders Australia-wide.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident
- currently employed or running their own business
- be of 18 years or over

By applying you agree to receive notifications via email or SMS from Hepburn Magazine in relation to the progress of your scholarship application. You can update your preferences at any time by emailing us.
If you are shortlisted you will be invited to progress to the next stage of the application process. this stage requires that you complete a GALE course application form and provide supporting documents, including certified copies of your academic transcripts, testamurs, and statement of results. Further instructions will be provided in early March.
Shortlisted applications
If you are shortlisted for a Learn to Lead scholarship you must meet the eligibility requirements for entry into GALE’s BSB50420 – Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Selection criteria
The scholarhips are awarded jointly by Hepburn Magazine Pty Ltd and the Global Academy of Leadership and Entrepreneurship to women whose completion of the program, would benefit their career aspirations. Selection is conditional on the applicant neeting the elegibility requirements including GALE’s entry requirements to the Diploma.

The Global Academcy of Leadership and Entrepreneurhsip is an Australian Registered Training Organisation gaining registration on 01 February 2016. GALE is regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). GALE offers nationally accredited education at the Certificate and Diploma levels in the following streams:
